Day 2

I have gotten up and had my breakfast. Totally loving Ocean Sprays cranberry orange muffin oatmeal. Go Check it out.

For lunch I am having the pumpkin ravioli by healthy choice suggested by Kadi. Thanks Kadi.

Dinner will be at chic fil a so it is the gilled chicken and berry salad.

I did Jill this morning. This afternoon we will be doing our daily walk.

For those who asked the Biggest loser texas caviar recipe

1 15 oz can 50% less sodium whole kernal corn and black beans rinsed and drained

2.4 cup freash salsa

2 tablespoons chopped freash cilantro

1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinager

1 teaspoon cumin

salt and pepper to taste

hot sauce to taste


mix all togeather in a glass or plastic bowl. refidgerate for two hours before serving
