Week 2

This week I will remained focus on my diet plan and exercises.

As I write this I am eating a banana split. It is soo good.

6 inch banana
1/2 cup diced strawberry
3 teaspoons grape nut cereal
1/4 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
2 teaspoons fat free sugar free chocolate fudge (Shaw's brand is good and so is smuckers)

Next to nothing in way of calories and fats. I love it

Yesterday we did cantaloupe, yogurt and blueberries.

Someone emailed me about the cucumber recipe

1 cucumber peeled and sliced length wise scrape out the seeds.
1 tomato sliced and diced small
1/4 cup fat free ranch dressing
2 teaspoons red onion Finley chopped
salt and pepper to taste

mix all ingredients but cucumber

fill cucumber with mixture


I stayed away from the candy so proud of myself as snickers are my weakness. Hope to have a picture of my scale next week when I go and replace it. Kids break everything

Happy SITS Saturday Sharefest!!! Remember to be careful with the sugar free products or you will be running to the bathroom often (a lesson I had to learn on my own with the sugar free candy!!!)
